kratos HW2 Chef Kitchen Knife

This is a wonderful 8 inch blade with a 5 inch handle chef knife that anyone would enjoy using in the kitchen. Made of 440c stainless steel, with a black corrosion resistant coating. the blade is heat treated to 55 Rockwell hardness. This makes for great edge retention slices extremely easy with low friction.
